Abstract

Exercise is beneficial for improvingbody strength and multisystemfunction, especially the cardiovascular system. Exercise is associated with lower cardiovascular and all-cause mortality. Exercise can be done in any gender and age group. Learning the theoryof exercise, including type, mode, intensity, frequency and duration, and applying this knowledge appropriately can help the people, athletes and patients with various medical conditions get the most benefit from exercise without injury and complications.

Pre-participation cardiovascular screening, appropriate further investigation and expert consultationfor people with cardiovascular risk factors, patients with various medical conditions such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes, hypertension, obesity, etc., to consider appropriate exercise trainingto achieve the greatest benefit and avoid sudden cardiac arrest and sudden cardiac death during exercise.
